Just the Two of Us

Just the Two of Us

After 35+ years of marriage, two wonderful sons, living and working in Australia, Sweden, UK and USA we are now 'just the two of us' plus a very spoilt Shitzu.

Following five years at The Sandhurst Club it is time to downsize. Our criteria - build a new home in a development within ten minutes of John's Sandhurst Golf Club, access to Monash and Eastlink Freeways, all new infrastructure and proposed services, recycled water and no Management Company or Body Corporate Fees.

We invite you to view our journey as we build with Carlisle Homes our 'Savannah 28' at 'The Avenue at Casey', a masterplanned community meeting all our criteria.

Painter

WHERE IS OUR PAINTER?

A fellow blogger (Tonia) in Sydney has just found him relaxing, drinking and tanning himself  before returning to Melbourne.  I think he looks young and fit enough to make up for lost time....what do you think?  I hope he's as good with a brush and roller as he looks.

On a serious note though..I wonder where your painter really is? No work has started on our block either..maybe all the tradies are on walkabout together?

  2. Driving to our house shortly. Only trades I've seen on sites are Bricklayers and the odd Framer. I would expect full steam ahead next week.

  3. He looks like a terrible painter.

He should try getting the paint on the house, instead of all over his body and shorts. ;)

  6. Reinsey, Metricon dont use painters. They do the Mr Bean trick and stick dynamite in a paint tin and close the doors and hope for the best. They should employ kids with crayons to paint their houses. They would do a better job than these so called tradesmen.

Debra, Kylee went past today. Still absolutely nothing done!!
