After 35+ years of marriage, two wonderful sons, living and working in Australia, Sweden, UK and USA we are now 'just the two of us' plus a very spoilt Shitzu.

Following five years at The Sandhurst Club it is time to downsize. Our criteria - build a new home in a development within ten minutes of John's Sandhurst Golf Club, access to Monash and Eastlink Freeways, all new infrastructure and proposed services, recycled water and no Management Company or Body Corporate Fees.

Beige Royal Quarter

After so much rain followed by sunshine yesterday I was surprised after 5.30 p.m. to find one Painter still hard at work. Tough job coupled with paint fumes and humid conditions.
Progress Inside - 'Natural White' ceiling finished, first coat of 'Beige Royal Quarter' on walls, glossy doors lined up and Painter was busy with woodwork.
Finished Outside - Alfresco and Porch ceilings 'Natural White', Alfresco Beams 'Dune', plus window lintels and garage beam finished.
Excellent workmanship.

    I know I was there....3 Painters and guy on roof doing final check of tiles and ridge cap pointing. BonBon and I had a wander, took a few snaps and met our Carlisle neighbour - Dale, must have missed you. Will head back later today with John.

    So far (on screen at least) I'm loving the wall colour. It'll look even better when your white trims are cut in. Good choice us :) ha ha

    Reinsey, John and I just returned. Very happy with the colour. Warm and light, such a transformation. Painters were preparing for Final Coat, should be finished Monday. Our internal woodwork is also Beige Royal Quarter which will show a shade variance in gloss paint. Yes, a good choice.
