ReplyDeleteDid they let you get in to have a bit of a clean before they start???
Fantastic. No we didn't get in but I questioned about cleaning - they sweep before painting says the one who speaks english!! I imagine they are a couple of days prep/undercoat, will quiz SS.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see what "Beige Royal 1/4" looks like. There's probably still time for me to change my mind on that too!!! (I'm gunna be single if I don't stop wanting to change everything)
ReplyDeletewooot woooot looking forward to pics Deb! Its a shame our 'hot' painter didnt show up! lol
ReplyDeleteThank god something is happening in Blog World, its been so quiet over the hols. Way to go Deb, nice to see a woman in the painting team, hopefully she will be as fussy as you are!!
ReplyDeleteOK Ladies - gotta get ready to go out but....
ReplyDeleteReinsey - I swear if you want to change one more thing.....!@#? It will be beautiful.
Tonia - no hot painter, you must have kept him for yourself. Although the lady looks good eye candy for the guy bloggers. PS I only take photos can't load them, technologically? challenges me - John's contribution.
Janine - me too, where has everyone been! and yes, seeing a lady did warm my heart, hope she's good with a broom first.
Yay John, thanks for the photo upload!!!
ReplyDeleteNo No No....I take the photos and load on blog, he just plugs the cords from camera to computer -I hate all those wires and gotta make him useful!
ReplyDeleteDeb, why do you have a front door leaning on your brekky bar when there's also one hanging at the front???
ReplyDeleteNo changes - Carlisle have fully cracked it that I even asked and won't even change things that they got wrong. But... we do have news (will post later!
That front door has been in house for months. Looks the same as one installed but apparently incorrect hinges? surprised its still there!
ReplyDeleteRe changes thats funny....we had a 'conversation' with our SS before Xmas re a Carlisle Homes error from our contract to plan. Construction Manager came back with a feeble explanation to which we voiced our disappointment in a letter. Only something we know but too late to take further action.
So waiting on your news......
