Our criteria - build a new home in a development within ten minutes of John's Sandhurst Golf Club, access to Monash and Eastlink Freeways, all new infrastructure and proposed services, recycled water and no Management Company or Body Corporate Fees.

ROOF TILES
Roof tiles in one day - ridge capping yet to be fitted.
And a nice roof at that Janine. Our neighbours slab went down a week after ours, you must have blinked and missed it Reinsey. Lovely couple, we are neck to neck and joke 'who will be in first'? Across from us three more on the go. No doubt with stage 7 about to title we will soon have back neighbours too.
Hello, Jay and Kylee......yes we are very pleased with the progress. Will be at lockup before Xmas. We have to get a move on and put in our extra noggins before they plaster!! I have been watching your blog and tried to comment a couple of times. Unfortunately, my posts won't appear? I've read your dramas - you keep onto them and get it how you expect.
We hadn't been down for a while - work and other annoyances! Dashed through on Sunday and couldn't believe how far you'd progressed, that you had a neighbor and that our road was open. We met Emilio, our kind of rear-but-to-the-side neighbor. Great guy. He said that his neighbor and his neighbor's neighbor are all really nice too. Great neighborhood. I'm just enjoying the "n" word here. I'll go now :)
