Tomorrow, Tomorrow....
After speaking to Carlisle CLE this morning - all systems go for 3.00 p.m. tomorrow.......
Independent Inspection, PCI Checklist Completion and hopefully Handover!
Booked in anticipation; round two for Blinds, Heating/Cooling Commission and Ducted Vacuum Fit-off.
Thanks Ladies, All is looking good at the house on my afternoon visit. Cleaners have been (well builders clean) Door unlocked again! ssshh, took my time locking it - very happy.
Carlisle called - mistake with time, as I thought its 3.00 p.m. including our Inspector..then onto Carlisle Office for Settlement by 5.00 p.m or Friday morning. Appliances installed Friday.
I ran thru every room all on my lonesome with an inspector gadget eye, only left because there was nothing to sit on...and I have a sea of boxes to fill!!
Delays delays and more delays..basically gyprock has been delayed again (council and ss = not a good combination) and is booked in for tomorrow!! Heres hoping!
