Following five years at The Sandhurst Club it is time to downsize. Our criteria - build a new home in a development within ten minutes of John's Sandhurst Golf Club, access to Monash and Eastlink Freeways, all new infrastructure and proposed services, recycled water and no Management Company or Body Corporate Fees.
We invite you to view our journey as we build with Carlisle Homes our 'Savannah 28' at 'The Avenue at Casey', a masterplanned community meeting all our criteria.

ReplyDeleteYour builders are sure dedicated! Even the undercoat gives the house a totally different look. Will be interested to see the end result . At this rate you will be in by end January. What days do you not work Deb?
ReplyDeleteWow that's spooky we both commented at exactly the same time!
ReplyDeleteFreaky man!!!!!
ReplyDeleteNo rest for these guys over the shutdown. Excellent job, they even centred the electrical conduit for pier light (we complained to SS).
ReplyDeleteI really like the aesthetic mixture of brick and render. Previous house was all rendered and whilst looked fantastic with no maintenance issues I wonder how it will hold up in future years compared to bricks?
You two commented so fast I was still typing - thats freaky!!!!
ReplyDeleteJanine, I don't work Tuesday and Wednesday.
ReplyDeleteRender looks FABULOUS!
ReplyDeleteHi, Would you please let know your mortar joint colour. Is it off white or white? pls let me know at tutul18@yahoo.com. Thanks. Rasan.
ReplyDeleteHello Shafiqul,
ReplyDeleteI believe it is 'off white'....when bricks are first laid the mortar looks darker but will dry 'off white'.
