Following five years at The Sandhurst Club it is time to downsize. Our criteria - build a new home in a development within ten minutes of John's Sandhurst Golf Club, access to Monash and Eastlink Freeways, all new infrastructure and proposed services, recycled water and no Management Company or Body Corporate Fees.

I'M BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!
We're up and running back in the land of cyberspace........8 weeks of dealing with Telstra surpassed any frustration of building a house!!!!
Looking forward to regularly catching up with everyone's Blogs.
Oh dear!! We have just embarked on the drama of trying to get Foxtel and Telstra here to connect and its shaping up to be fun - will blog about ti soon!
