Just the Two of Us

Just the Two of Us

After 35+ years of marriage, two wonderful sons, living and working in Australia, Sweden, UK and USA we are now 'just the two of us' plus a very spoilt Shitzu.

Following five years at The Sandhurst Club it is time to downsize. Our criteria - build a new home in a development within ten minutes of John's Sandhurst Golf Club, access to Monash and Eastlink Freeways, all new infrastructure and proposed services, recycled water and no Management Company or Body Corporate Fees.

We invite you to view our journey as we build with Carlisle Homes our 'Savannah 28' at 'The Avenue at Casey', a masterplanned community meeting all our criteria.

  3. Congratulations!!! Exciting news :)
I found the weeks leading up to PCI, the absolute worst... The house looked to be complete, with tiny little jobs remaining. So frustrating- but your SS sounds fantastically organised.

  4. Reinsey - Oh I hope so, almost frightened to blog progress!!

Janine - no tiler today, apparently must leave area to set before continuing. SS said finished end of week. It was sooo.. hot with Fencing guy today - coffee sounds good, perhaps with your plans?

Shelley - I know what you mean. After tiling, lots of little things so drawn out. Plus access is limited with less time consuming work.

  5. Oh Deb - I hope I'm not making you feel bad about your progress. We're so excited for you (and we're totally living through your experiences too).

    More piccies...more piccies!!!

I'm up for coffee when you get back J, just need a few days notice to rearrange things at work :)

  7. He's loving the new environment Deb. Being a NFP, there's loads to do in the compliance area, and he feels as though he's kicking goals already.

Now that he's on the way to being settled, it's my turn to find something less demanding and invasive :)

    Much progress today???
