After 35+ years of marriage, two wonderful sons, living and working in Australia, Sweden, UK and USA we are now 'just the two of us' plus a very spoilt Shitzu.
Following five years at The Sandhurst Club it is time to downsize. Our criteria - build a new home in a development within ten minutes of John's Sandhurst Golf Club, access to Monash and Eastlink Freeways, all new infrastructure and proposed services, recycled water and no Management Company or Body Corporate Fees.
We invite you to view our journey as we build with Carlisle Homes our 'Savannah 28' at 'The Avenue at Casey', a masterplanned community meeting all our criteria.

Preparing for Slab
Our evening visit to the site....daylight saving and beautiful weather.
Flew past your block today Deb and it looks like you're all ready for the slab. There's been so much movement in your stage in the last week and a half - bet you're excited???
Hey Reinsey, I was there about midday and again tonight with John. Just about to post some 'waffle pod' photos......it will be nice to have others around us and by the looks of water metres many more ready to go. Two Lots opposite us are owner/builder mates. Did you see the beautiful trees being planted along Mountainview?
Woo Hoo Deb, progress, progress, progress - love it!!
ReplyDeleteI love that BonBon is running around the house already!!!

ReplyDeleteSure did. I wonder how far they'll go and when the gums will kick in. We also noticed some pegs inthe central park....
ReplyDeleteI noticed area had been mowed, with perimeter houses near completion, weather etc...residents particularly on the park would be expecting landscaping.
