Our criteria - build a new home in a development within ten minutes of John's Sandhurst Golf Club, access to Monash and Eastlink Freeways, all new infrastructure and proposed services, recycled water and no Management Company or Body Corporate Fees.

Carlisle Homes Update
'J' our CLE emailed today - frame to begin next week. Will be interesting how much is achieved with Melbourne Cup Holiday.
OMG....your going to be so disappointed, I don't drink!!!! Shock, horror I hear you say - I just enjoy watching everyone else go stupid!! John enjoys cracking open a bottle though.
Wow! At this rate you'll be at lock up or maybe even plastered before the Christmas break. Lucky!!!!!!!
